If you want to know signs that your ex still loves you after breaking up with you, Coach Lee shares them in the video above and in this post.
As I discussed in another post, it's possible that a person could break up with someone but still be in love with him or her.
So while it's possible that your ex could have broken up with you while still being in love with you deep down, it's also possible that your ex was very confused and now has had a resurgence of their feelings and attraction for you.
Obviously that would be good news.
If you have been using the No Contact Rule (and I also explain how the No Contact Rule works for marriage as well) then it's likely that your ex has experienced a real breakup where he or she must reach the conclusion that you could move on and that they couldn't get you back with the snap of a finger (thinking they could simply get you back is typical of a dumper since they were the one to choose to toss you aside and you had no say in the matter).
So now you are wondering if your ex still really loves you and if there are signs to look for that can tell you if that is the case.
Signs My Ex Loves Me
I discuss these in detail in the video above so I highly recommend you watch it all the way through.
1. They Reach Out
If your ex hasn't reached out yet, it does not mean that they don't love you.
However, if your ex reaches out to you, it's a great sign that they are at least beginning to believe that they still love you and that the breakup was a mistake.
Your use of the No Contact Rule likely showed your ex that you can stay away from them.
Even if you don't feel like you could move on, the fact that you stayed away can have your ex believing that you could move on and might have already done so.
When your ex reaches the right stage in the stages that exes go through during the No Contact Rule, the idea that you might not be easily gotten back can be terrifying for your ex and that can help them see what they had and truly want again.
And so they reach out to you.
2 . If A Scheduling Conflict Exists, Your Ex Offers Another Time
So let's say that your ex contacts you or you see him or her out somewhere and the idea is pitched by your ex or by you to get coffee together.
If your ex says, "I'm not able to that day, I'm sorry," but doesn't offer an alternative time, that's reason for you to stay tempered about whether they love you or not.
That's not a good sign.
If however, a date doesn't work for either of you but your ex says, "Well how about Wednesday then?" That is, your ex offers a follow-up alternative time to get together, then that's a solid indicator and signal that your ex loves you still (or again). READ MORE
